regulatory matters affecting anhydrous ammonia and ammonium hydroxide. We can
assist our customers in preparation of all necessary regulatory documents
including, emergency response, Tier II reports, OSHA’s Process Safety
Management and EPA’s Risk Management programs.
In cooperation with our client’s operations, regulatory and safety
personnel, we can custom design a program to meet the requirements as outlined in by
Department of Labor and Environmental Protection Agency. The implementation plan includes
all manuals, engineering drawings, comprehensive process hazard analysis of the system and
preparation and implementation of an emergency response plan. We work with the designated
personnel to submit the necessary portions of the programs to appropriate agencies and
insure full regulatory compliance.
